"I can't see straight anymore"

People constantly stereotype me as a blonde, bimbo, airhead and whatever nouns one has for a person who's marginally, well, stupid.
And i've realized (gawwd - not another "growing up" reflection!) that i do act bimbotic, airheady, blondalicious! to kinda escape from the reality of education.
It's circumstances like BT1 results that really get me down,
Or make me wonder - is there, or will there be ENOUGH TIME left to do well for A Levels?

And then the mind goes into this whole tirade of not getting enough As blah blah..
AND! If you do get enough As, can you beat THESE PPL?
http://www.rjc.edu.sg/new/news1.asp?nid=247
(Don't go to this link if unless you're getting straight As in every subject, otherwise you might just convulse and die)

Smart, smart, smart ppl.
(LOOK AT THEIR H1 LIT DISTINCTIONS - 100 FRIGGIN PERCENT)
Of course, discounting those that didnt do so well, but i bet they're still smart. SMART SMARTY SMARTIES.

I could go on and on forever, but this post isn't about them.
IT'S ABOUT ME! So, moving on... ...

It's hard to start studying, but sooner or later, you've gotta do it.
This year alone, i've thought abt transferring to poly - 6, 7 times?
I always dismiss it with a IT'S RIDICULOUS thought, but really, is it ridiculous?
I don't wanna weigh my opportunity costs cause that's so economical,
And economics doesn't make sense of emotions.

Chem doesn't even touch on human emotions. FAIL.
Math - Give me a formula to predict my feelings. FAIL.

Literature, that's my reprieve because finally, i get in touch with the humanistic side of education.
And then the system screws it up - by asking us to compare two poems and draw links between them.
Quaint.

If anyone's been following these random rants (look! alliteration, hehe) abt education,
Perhaps you'll see why it's better to just hang up your hair (oh another one!) and

JUST DANCE :D

Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends

Eduardo: "OOH! What is 3 + 2?"

Frankie: "5."

Mr Herrison: "5, you numbskull."

Bloo: "You know what? 5 is not enough! I say 6, maybe 7. Heck! I say 42!!!!"

*crowd cheers*

End of BT1

Today marks the end of the horrendous, horrendous BT1.
Econs was such a torture! (2 hours 55 min of pure evil)
Nonetheless, it's over.

But, judging from what i've accomplished (or didn't - couldn't) in BT1,
I think it's time for me to...

PANIC.
I've gotta start raising my mugging hours to 56 a week.

BT1 may be over, but the war has just began!
May the power of Samuel's RJ notes be upon me! :D

Evan Ex! :D

For the past two days i've been at Pioneer - Jurong West to be exact.
And boy, do i love our Miracle Building! :D
It has an awesome rooftop, not to mention the awesome foods nearby - AND BUBBLE TEA! Don't forget the bubble tea! (:

It was gruelling to wake up at 8am (during the holidays, gawwwd) and reach Jurong West by 10.30am (-.-), but i've learnt alot the past few days, and i've renewed the original vision and motto of the Church - To find a need and meet it, find a hurt and heal it - Something that i've heard umpteen times, but never really understood till Evan Ex.
It was, as the name suggests - explosive. :D

I FEEL POWERFUL EQUIPPED WITH THE TOOL KIT. Hehe. (:

Now, i've gotta get back to studying Econs.
GO NALINA, GO! :D

Computer Games, with BT2 Inching In

I was never IT-inclined, ever.
Today Bryan introduced me to Black Shot Online, and craap, i seriously NEED to play Bunker Defence.
I hate computer games, and i hate NOT studying cause of computer games.
Pfft. (Reminded that a week before O Levels, i was mapling *shudder*)

Gawwwd. I hate econs, SO SO MUCH.
I dont understand macro at all.
Darn, im not even good with my micro. :/
Aaahhh well, i just need to ace my prelims, hehe.
(AAB. Boooo.)

It's lucky i didnt go to LAN that day, otherwise i'd be addicted to Left4Dead too.
Ughhh.

DIE COMPUTER GAMES, DIE.

ONCE MORE!

Once more, im back at blogspot. (:
Haha, stuff's wrong in blogdrive, so well, time for a change, finally.

******************************

This is the first time i've written two poems in a span of 24 hours.
Out of love, happiness, or ecstasy?
Nope - Anger, pure anger (mixed with a slight taste of misery, but ahwell)
It's an awesome venting outlet, albeit vulgar and tasteless (and not well thought out), but heck.
It was interesting seeing two complete strangers staring at my poem while i was writing it on the train. Hmm.

Nonetheless, BT1 is over!
My econs paper is next week, but heck, it's over (according to me)! :D
Time for a bit of R&R, i promise, just a wee bit.

Im completely ranting out nonsense here.
Oh, y'know the Viva Pizza? It's $23, not $19.90.

Goodnight, Godspeed.
