But why cant Singaporeans spell MICHAEL JACKSON properly?!
They keep spelling it as MICHEAL Jackson.

Actually, i feel quite sad that Michael Jackson's gone :/
My family (except me) attended his 1993 concert,
And my bro said that he was BLOWN away by his performance.
I grew up listening to Michael Jackson, and somehow im just moved by his death, especially this week.
To me, it just feels like he's still alive.

Bryan went for his army medical checkup today, and got PES A! :DD
I'm so proud of him (and myself cause i got a hot hunky PES A boyfriend lalala).

But that got me thinking of Bryan going to army,
And that if he got into Commando, i won't see him for 3 full months.
I mean, when he goes to army, and i go to university,
Life is gonna be so tough, and our relationship will definitely be tested to its limits. :/
I'm so scared i'm not prepared for that.

But when he holds my hand, i feel like im ready for anything.

I've decided not to think anymore, and concentrate on celebrating post BT2 glee. (:

NDP Rehearsal 2009

Today was my first time seeing NDP live since i was primary five.
I admit, it was awesome and the fireworks display were really cool :D

Also, the COMMANDO BATTALION was so so so so MACHO!!!!!! *swoons*
Sihui and i were huachi-ing over all the guys in Number Ones in the parade. :DDDDD
Although, there was this slideshow with a picture of some random canoeing guys..
And they were cute. :DDDDDDDDD

Both of us stared at the picture until it changed to the next one.
Then we looked at each other, and laughed :D
It was quite a bimbotic moment we shared.

The parade was really enjoyable and quite funny, actually.
Samuel said he enjoyed it, though he didn't look like it, HAHA!
I'm so proud of Merrill for being one of the rare few to be able to escort the President :D
And THANK YOU THANK YOU for the tickets again!

I realized today why i NEVER, i repeat, NEVER listen to my dad.

He said this to me: "Rmb that even if we get the best tutor for you, if you dont choose between love and studies, no matter how much we pay for your tuition, and now we don't have the spare money to waste on you, it will all be wasted, if you don't choose between love and studies. You know what i'm talking about."

My response?

"Dad, i don't have to choose between love and studies."

My life is NOT centred around studies, and it will never be.
Just because i have A Levels, doesn't mean my entire life has to be in shambles over studies.
Yes, they're important, but not more impt to me than my friends, my God, my boyfriend, and my mental health.
Yes, money is being used here. And i'm sorry that im wasting money.

I'm sorry daddy, that my life morals does not coincide with yours.
Somehow, i think one's capability does not lie with how well one handles one thing, but how well one handles and balances his ENTIRE life.

I wanted to say something mean, but thank God my brain shut down and refused to shout back at him.
But honestly, i feel that it is no use putting your all into work and neglecting your family.

Talk about wasting your life away.
